Fire of the summer: a yoga retreat in Finland

Summer months bring light and warmth and fire energy, and fire energy radiates at a high vibrational level. We will explore aspects of our practice that connect to this fiery energy: specifically, discipline, lengthening, and countering the inner fire with cooling sequences.

Our retreat location is about an hour and half southwest of Helsinki on the coast; between the Gulf of Finland and the Archipelago Sea. There are numerous opportunities for outdoor recreational activities in addition to our time together in practice.

Your investment is between $650 and $950 and includes 4 nights, 3 full day’s meals, plus dinner on arrival day, and breakfast and lunch on departure day, 8 yoga classes and 4 daily meditation sessions.

We can accommodate 14 students. There is room for a few additional persons who may be traveling with you but not participating in the yoga retreat.

Join me, and two colleagues, for a week of immersion in the beauty of the Riveria Nayarit, Mexico. You will be guided in morning and evening practices; meditation, asana, and dharma sharing, and soothed by some of the sweetest music and chanting. Our accommodations will be the Villa de Vistas. Three separate dwellings set in a stunning environment. Very private; a short walk to the beach and to town. Lots to do in this location!

Renewal; Celebrating the Practice.  A retreat in Costa Rica.  The Peace Retreat center is located in the town of Los Pargos, Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica.  Situated on an old farm, the property is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, and has both an open and an intimate feeling.  You’ll hear songbirds and howler monkeys early in the morning, and you’ll enjoy warm breezes and the sound of silence in the evening.
